Ads may be served by providers such as Google AdSense on the website and Google AdMob in the mobile app. We do not endorse or guarantee advertised products, services, claims, prices, or offers.

Gamozy is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, error-free gameplay, ad availability, exact game performance, or complete accuracy of any content.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Gamozy and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, punitive, data-loss, device, ad-related, or gameplay-related damages.

We may suspend, restrict, or terminate access if we believe a user has violated these Terms, abused the platform, attacked services, manipulated ads, or engaged in harmful or unlawful activity.

We may update, modify, suspend, remove, or discontinue any game, feature, app function, page, layout, ad placement, or part of the platform at any time.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Disputes shall be subject to applicable courts and legal jurisdiction in India unless mandatory local law says otherwise.
